30 minutes by train from Paddington Station (London) to Reading Station.
For visitors arriving via Heathrow Airport, there is a Rail-Air link from all four terminals to Reading Station. The journey takes approximately 1hr 10mins.
There is also a rail link from Gatwick Airport. The journey takes approximately 1hr 20mins.
We are situated 5 miles from Reading Station. There is a bus service from the Station to the University, but if you take a taxi, please ensure you ask for the Earley Gate entrance to the Whiteknights campus as there is no through road from the main entrance of the University to the Science and Technology Centre.
From central Reading: the No.17 bus goes to the Three Tuns. Alight here. Crossing at the traffic lights, turn into Wilderness Road and take the first turning on the right (Whiteknights Road). Turn left into Earley Gate entrance then take the second right and the Science and Technology Centre is on the left.
