Leave the M4 at junction 11 and follow the A33 towards Reading.
Pass through 3 roundabouts, continuing to follow the A33 towards Reading, passing the Majeski Stadium and a shopping centre.
After the third roundabout move to the right hand lane and turn right at the traffic lights (1.75miles from the M4 junction in total) into Rose Kiln Lane.
After 0.2 miles turn left at the roundabout into Boulton Road.
At the T junction turn right (still Boulton Road).
