Crystallisation of amorphous materials that are difficult to crystallise
Pharmaterials has a wealth of experience in performing studies on the crystallisation of samples that have previously only presented in the amorphous state. We will look at the following types of crystallisation:
- Salt formation
- Solvent mediated processes
- Sequential solvent processes
- Fast and slow solvent evaporation
- Mechanical mediated processes (milling)
- Cocrystal Screening
- Thermal processing - rapid cool, slow cool, temperature cycles
- Slurrying
All samples will be tested using our excellent X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis and materials characterisation facility. |
