Pharmaterials continues to expand it's state-of-the art solid-state characterisation suite by bringing in-house a new high-throughput screening Raman confocal microscope.
The new Nicolet Almega XR Dispersive Raman Spectrometer combines high spatial, spectral and axial resolution with exceptional sensitivity and maximum flexibility, allowing for fast, non-invasive measurements. Applications include:
- High-throughput screening for pharmaceutical polymorph identification
-
Identification of particulates as small as 1 micron
- Spatial mapping of particulates and final solid-dosage forms
- In-situ identification of degradants
- Identification of component migration/segregation and contamination
- Identification of embedded particulates
