We are now delighted to offer new characterisation services to further enhance the understanding of your materials.
We will be the first contract service provider to offer DSC-Raman, which has been developed by Perkin Elmer to allow spectroscopic transitions to be measured to confirm the nature of thermal events during the DSC run. This makes it clear what is happening to the material and will identify amorphous forms and crystal transitions. We will also be making DSC-NIR available in the near future.
Hyper DSC (the ability to scan a speeds up to 500C/min) has provided us with enhanced sensitivity in the study of partially amorphous samples. We are delighted to be able to offer scanning speed of up to 750 C/min using the new Perkin Elmer 8500 DSC. This will further enhance our ability to provide understanding on physical form to our customers. |
