Professor Graham Buckton has now worked as an expert witness on patent cases relating to various aspects of formulation (modified release, inhalation, conventional solid dosage forms) and physical form (salts, polymorphism, hydrates etc).

In recent year Graham has acted on patent cases in the UK and the USA. He has had success in cross examination in the UK High Court and in US deposition process, as well as the European Patent Office.

He has worked for innovator and generic companies with equal success.
