Counterfeit and Patent issues

The instruments that we have at our disposal allow us to identify whether formulated products are original or counterfeit and to see if the form of API is in any way infringing patents on physical form (e.g. salts, polymorphs, hydrates, etc).

Primarily using confocal Raman mapping we can identify to micron resolution the distribution and usually the form of the components that make up a granule or a tablet (for example).  We would be delighted to give further details of this service.
