Formulation scientist / Senior scientist

Pharmaterials Ltd is a rapidly growing contract research company, providing high quality services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

We offer high throughput polymorphism screening, salt selection and amorphous content screening, advanced physico-chemical testing and formulation development services.

Pharmaterials work with some 70 companies from 16 countries around the world.

We have a vacancy in our Formulation Group, for a scientist with experience of formulation, especially with respect to poorly soluble actives.

Suitable applicants will have a strong scientific background, probably a PhD in pharmaceutics (or related field) and experience of solving delivery challenges in a rapid and reliable way.  You will be able to work well with a team and to provide high quality work to tight timelines.  You will have good communication skills and be comfortable in discussing your work with our customers.  Most importantly you will have a positive attitude and a desire to be part of the growth and development of the company.

The benefit package will include a salary commensurate with experience, bonus and pension contribution.
